How is it going?
- Log in or create a free account.
- Choose whether you want to send an e-invoice or a PDF.
- Enter customer details – by entering the customer's name, the environment will automatically fill in most of the data fields for you. You can also see whether your customer accepts e-invoices or needs to send a PDF.
- Add descriptions, quantities, and prices of services/products - Bilnex will automatically calculate all amounts and taxes for you.
- Click “Send” and you’re done!

All invoices are automatically correct and compliant. We also recommend setting up your company's bank account details right away so that they are always automatically displayed on invoices you send. This way, the buyer knows where you expect payment.
“I don't know anything about e-invoices…” and that's okay.
A client requires an e-invoice for payment, but you've never encountered it before? It's actually very easy. To activate e-invoices, a board member must provide confirmation via the Bilnex environment using Smart-ID, Mobile-ID or ID card. If you do not have board member rights, you can send a special link to the board member to activate e-invoices, through which he or she can provide confirmation. And again, it doesn't take more than a few minutes.

Sending e-invoices must be activated in advance by a board member to prevent invoice fraud. Bilnex automatically checks the activation confirmation against the company's B-card in the commercial register. This way, we can ensure that no malicious person can start submitting e-invoices under your company's name.
You can then create your first e-invoice in the Bilnex environment - the process is exactly the same as for PDF invoices. It's just that instead of an e-mail, the e-invoice moves directly from Bilnex to their accounting software based on the buyer's registry code.
