Peppol e-invoices support international business
If your partners or customers are international, sending e-invoices has been difficult or expensive until now. Peppol (Pan-European Public Procurement Online) is a secure network that allows you to send machine-readable e-invoices directly to financial softwares in different countries. And you can now use it completely free of charge in the Bilnex environment.
Bilnex has sending and receiving Peppol e-invoices now fully integrated. The system creates a unique Peppol ID based on your company's registry code, which acts like an international e-invoice address. From that moment on, your international invoices will go directly to the foreign client program without any e-mails. You can also start receiving Peppol invoices from foreign partners in the Bilnex environment. Opening a Peppol channel is easy and fast - activating the sending and receiving of international invoices takes just a few clicks.
Digitizing PDF invoices: AI enters your invoices in seconds
Let's be honest, the full transition to e-invoices takes time, and some suppliers still send good old PDF invoices. This means that someone has still had to manually retype those amounts, dates, and reference numbers into the accounting system.

Both updates work in the background with your existing systems. If you use Merit Aktiva software for accounting, you will receive both Peppol and digitized PDF invoices automatically sent to your account. It is also possible to export invoices in universal Estonian e-invoice (v1.2) and CSV formats and import them into other environments.
