What is the best way to enter purchase invoices into SimplBooks?

Interface activation
- Create an account on Bilnex.
- Activate receiving e-invoices.
- Go to Info & Settings → ERP Connection and select SimplBooks. From now on, all invoices will automatically move to your ERP, regardless of format.
How does the interface work?
After activating the connection, data moves from Bilnex to SimplBooks as follows:
- Submitted sales invoices (PDF, e-invoice or Peppol) are exported to SimplBooks as soon as you send them out of Bilnex.
- Received e-invoices and Peppol invoices will be transferred to SimplBooks as soon as they arrive in Bilnex.
- PDF invoices digitized by AI are transferred after you have reviewed and approved them.
The entire process happens in the background and for free — you don't need to export or import anything.
