How does the interface work?
Once the connection is activated, data moves from Bilnex to SmartAccounts as follows:
- Sales invoices submitted (PDF, e-invoice or Peppol) are exported to SmartAccounts as soon as you send them out of Bilnex.
- Received e-invoices and Peppol invoices will move to Smart Accounts as soon as they arrive in the Bilnex environment.
- PDF invoices digitized by AI will move to SmartAccounts once you have reviewed and approved them

Activation in three steps
- Create an account on Bilnex.
- Activate receiving e-invoices.
- Go Info & Settings → ERP Connection and select SmartAccounts as the connection. Now you can send and receive invoices in any format in your ERP system.
